Duties include:
- Accounts Payable (process & enter invoices to software, process payments to vendors)
- Accounts Receivable (reconcile credit card payments daily, process customer payments made by check, deposit checks to business checking account, prepare & mail monthly customer statements)
- Payroll (update/verify timecard entries, process bi-weekly payroll and submit for processing)
- Cash management (review business banking acct activity and record g/l entries as needed, reconcile bank statements)
- Clerical (review and respond to daily e-mails, report/process entries for franchise fees, create & post annual maintenance agreement invoices monthly, manage maintenance agreements, report monthly sales & use tax to cpa's office, order office supplies as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- QuickBooks proficiency
- Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
- Must have good computer software skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
